Exclamation TFC TV Episode 13 is up

On this week's show: Toronto FC TV takes you into the locker room as coach John Carver shows off some new technology. Jeff Cunningham goes On the Spot. CV2 is hanging out with Markham Soccer Club. There's an exclusive interview with Gary Speed. Plus a full preview of the K.C. game.

Please don't ask for the link.

"Failure simply isn't an option at this stage. TFC pushed its chips to the middle of the table when it splurged on Bradley and Defoe and reinforced its bet by making savvy acquisitions elsewhere. This collection of players is capable of delivering on the promises made during the close season. There are no more excuses available for TFC. Only success will continue the process of atoning for the past and establishing a higher standard for the future." FOX Sports

The CV2 segment is getting almost unbearable, and in Michelle can't even ask new questions in her segment. What the hell!

That was the worst episode yet, apart from the stuff on the new technology and the actual team related interviews.

Stuff on the technology was really interesting though. I was wondering how they went about putting the info together.

sURELY there are 100s of fans that are available during daytime / training hours to take over for CV the Midget. .

    AND

I think it would be a great idea for us to have a thread of questions to submit to Michelle, I amsure she would appeciate the input.

    Plus. . . Ummm. . . . Michelle. . . . .ummm. . . . would ya?

Dude, I would take over for CV2 in a second. I'll ask the hard hitting questions too! I'm not going to interview some random woman from Markham. Whatever, it'll never happen.

And I actually think that that is a great idea, sending our own questions in for Michelle. Get on that TFC!

Keyman - they don't want anyone who has gone through puberty yet to replace CV2. Oh wait.....

On another note....Where did you guys come up with the idea that TFC TV was intended to be hard hitting journalism? I can see it now they will embarass themselves pointing the teams' shortcomings and make sure that the players are visibly uncomfortable when being interviewed. They can find their own fluff - they don't need ours.

This is TFC marketing peripheral. Get a grip. Manage your expectations accordingly

    Oh SNAP!
    Damn, Hal dissed me.

What I'm saying, is at least ask questions that make us learn something other than who smells the most, who is the biggest ladies man, who has the best style, etc. At least relate the questions to interesting content. These players can handle harder hittnig questions.

And what's wrong with fans submiting questions?

Its interesting how important milestones are to Cunningham. Like the fact that he scored the first ever SSS goal. He wants to tell his kids years down the road! It doesn't sound like egomania to me as much as appreciating being part of something special. No wonder #100 is inordinately important to him. I frankly don't mind, as long as he starts scoring like he did a few years ago.
