Maybe Garber will announce something on the DP front as well. Would make sense to couple the announcement of the MLS Cup Final with adding another DP slot in a city that DESPERATELY needs it.
We can't afford another DP, thanks to you know who. Remember, they count for the maximum allowable salary no matter what you pay them.
