When in doubt - call your rep! I love these boards but I never understand why people come straight here to tell their heartbreaking story and THEN get in touch with us! We're actually quite nice, and generally give a tinkers cuss about the struggles of the artist...and the season seat holder.

Wow ... 4:45 PM and Purolator is still delivering. At this time of the day I just figured they would by tomorrow or the next day.

Overall impressions on the ticket package.
Boot bag - Nice idea. I like it and it's actually usable.
Scarf - Love it.
Tickets - I don't keep mine or frame them so I like how they are done this year.
Card - What's to say. It's a card
Sticker - Cool idea with the Euro style car sticker.


Other than the gravy boat we were promised and never got, I think TFC did a good job on the package this year.

Purolator arrived at my condo (Yonge + Sheppard area) this afternoon, but the driver refused to have front-desk security accept the package on my behalf - despite the fact that the desk has a signed waiver form from me, AND that Purolator accepted security receiving the tickets for me last year. So I had to walk up to the depot just north of Empress. In the end, it wasn't a big deal - I was back home in less than 20 minutes. But at the depot I asked why this happened, and I was told that it is the driver's discretion whether or not to leave the package. I'm fortunate that I live so close to the Purolator depot!

I like the packaging...not so sure about the scarf...a bit too Hogwarts for me...but whatever...I have bigger worries such as Garcia still being employed and the fact we are STILL 3 players short !

Same thing has been reported by others on here. Mine have the seat & row mixed up as well.

As long as the bar code works people will get in, however, it will likely cause some confusion.
