For 37 minutes I thought we didn't have season tickets. Long story --wasn't getting emails about season tickets, invoice in account manager now read "returned" and didn't show payment even though all payments went through in 2009, etc, etc, etc, but luckily ticket rep just called and said all is okay.
Fuuuuuccck. That was a horrible, horrible feeling. For a while there I seriously thought we weren't going to have tickets this season. I honestly felt sick to my stomach. What an awful feeling.
Must go drink heavily now so I never remember that feeling again.

I remember everyone complained about the CL final that day. Paul B noted that..they could of changed it.
I was hoping to fit in the TFC game, the CL final, and a wedding reception that day...haha!!
If they did I would be happy about that. As it stands now I can't make the game if it is 4:00.

That happened to me last year and I had heart attack promptly followed by a nervous break down. My account manager read "returned" beside my season tickets! I nearly sh** myself too!
I called my rep and apperently that's normal, by the time the season started it didn't say "returned" anymore. But really, they have to change the wording on that status! Cange it to "pending" or something... but "returned"? If you're reading this Paul, that could directly cause someones death for christs sake... LOL

When in doubt - call your rep! I love these boards but I never understand why people come straight here to tell their heartbreaking story and THEN get in touch with us! We're actually quite nice, and generally give a tinkers cuss about the struggles of the artist...and the season seat holder.
