Gerba update: He's still under contract, but Preki says he's "not in our plans" and Toronto FC is trying to move him.

Or how long it will take before be "evolves" and becomes a goal scoring machine ala some other departed TFC strikers.

So unless I'm mistaken, our roster now consists of three balls; a goal net; a bag of grass seed; and Ted, BMO Field's late-night security guard.

    not really new.

given everything that has been said, we knew he wasn't in TFC's plans, so trying to move him is only logical

well, they're gonna have to put a creative package together for another team to even consider this move.

How this plays out will be very interesting.....let's see what Mo can get done. His job is at stake....

Question is what will TFC get in return?

More help for our back line?

    Some balls?

    Or another striker?

I wonder how the players feel not having a full squad.....I know DeRo and JDG showed some displeasure during some of those TFC TV interviews.

Well that pole would be an upgrade on Garcia, at least it has strengh and height, and the pace would be about the same.

Striker would have to get around it, it would be more of obstacle then GArcia.

Fingers crossed, but if we pay half of Gerba's salary, I think we might just be looking at our 11th 3rd round pick
