It's the same template as the NYRB uniform (but with collar).

This vid gives you a much better idea of the colour of the collar. Nice to see the dark grey instead of black.

There are good sponsors, bad sponsors and just average sponsors...

I think BMO falls into that average category, I mean banks are pretty dull and boring, but at least we don't have PIZZA HUT or KFC or DICK'S SPORTING GOODS or some sh*te like that emblazoned across our Jerseys...

It is certainly an improvement over the previous road greys. However, I do wish that they had ditched the onyx collar. Red or white would have looked much better. But I guess they had to put the onyx somewhere so whatevs ... no biggie.

I don't think the same people are assigned both these tasks ... although I do agree with your second point. I do hope that people try to control their materialistic urges and refrain from putting any more money in the pockets of the team until the team shows some real urgency to fix up their act first. Going to the game in order to support the guys on the field is fine but secondary stuff like merchandise should be put on hold.
