The devil is in the details but I'm just glad there is enough there to get to a tentative agreement (we assume).
I'm genuinely relieved.
Now about our situation, not so much.

Any chance the conference will be streamed anywhere? I'd like to see it first hand.
Ben Rycroft just said on Twitter "Since MLS won't do it - It's called football will broadcast the live teleconference - Listen in at: http://tinyurl.com/yfbs5rk

hopefully with the deal signed MLS can now work on other projects, such as getting Montreal into the league so we can kick Montreal's ass some more.
and figure out the damn academy thing... and get that reserve league restarted.... thanks
I was honestly never concerned that the season might not happen. Every party involved had way too much to lose.
i bet each player gets a free puppy or kitty
Did the USA , of all countries, just fix soccer? - C. Ronaldo, May 27th commenting on the FBI-led investigations into fraud and corruption throughout FIFA.
20 mins to go. Warm up the tubes, get the live stream ready.....

Well if a strike has been averted then I say thank God, let us now put our attention to the game on the field. Lot's to look forward to this MLS season, not only to our own team, real grass, a new stand, new coach, but also for the MLS in general with a new team Philadelphia and their new stadium, and even the Red Bulls with their amazing Euro style soccer stadium Red Bull Arena. Let the games begin, yes I know it's the MLS not the greatest standard of soccer, however, it's our league and it's where our team plays lets enjoy what we have and hope for better days ahead for TFC and MLS in general.
operator said to wait...
now on... says 5-7 minutes to start (MLS official)
100 journo's on the call?!?!?! geez, that should be an indication right there you better have got it together as you don't have the luxury of massive publicity/support to carry the league through a strike/lockout
Yeah Karen, put the man back in his sub-conferance!

The Don is on.....everyone be quiet!! haha!!
