    OBW for Canada? Usually there's only the question of switching nationalities to fuss over but it sounds like we're his second choice and Jamaica doesn't want him. I guess try him out...

    If Ngarizemo has more legs than Garcia, I don't see why we couldn't use and experienced CB with decent experience and a low hit to the salary cap. He's used to $400 / game. How much is Garcia making per game?! Even as a sub he could be helpful.

    He'll be subject to the new CBA's minimum salary, which means a lot more than $400 per game.
