It was always at $45 mil. $55 was/is from the province and feds combined.

^But I understood that they "hope" to get that money from the 2 levels of gov't but even then the Ti-Cats (bob Young) may have to get some himself.

At least that is how it was reported on the FAN590 yesterday.
