Default Some Positivity - How 'Bout Dem Jackets?

Toronto FC players got new jackets from a Canadian company called Canada Goose, designed by DeRo and Jimmy B. Its nice to see the players smiling again!

Some of our boys who are from the southern climates were probably wondering if they can play play in them the late season games.

They are pretty nice ... look real warm too.

Canada Goose jackets are HOT. I bought my wife one last year ($$$) and she is the envy of all her friends.

Yeah. Got mine at LeBaron's camping store which was about 50 bucks cheaper than other places like Sporting Life.

Basically I told my wife "That's your winter coat for life, honey"

I find they're way too hot, you have to wear a t-shirt underneath.. and then you have noway to control your body heat if you go somewhere where its chilly indoors because all you have is your tshirt, or your ridiculously hot coat.

They're designed for an arctic climate, north pole expedition. I was going to pick one up last winter but decided I would never wear it, rather layer up a bit and have options than be stuck frozen or boiling.

    that's pretty cool actually.

I've never worn one of the jackets, but know they are very popular with people who have to be outside all day long (or go into the arctic). Personally, I prefer to dress in lots of layers, because that keeps you warmer AND lets you control your temperature better... but it doesn't look as cool.

The crest is too subtle for me. Great as a regular jacket, though.

I heard the jackets are hot for about 75 minutes, then get real cold and are useless.
