Default DeRo & OBW up for goal of the week....

    http://web.mlsnet.com/sights/goal_of_the_week/

Alright time to vote...In my Opinion both goals were class...but as much as I love DeRo...the OBW goal takes it this week for me.

2 class goals by us.....Toronto fans may be split on the vote. I saw nothing overly special in the Montero goal....

u gotta love how that pass from wynne was going to barrete and Dero just pick it out of the air from him.

I can guarantee barrette would have punted that anywhere but the net.

Whites goal was a marvel of skill and touch under pressure. It should win hands down.

The white goal was the best. Flounders fans are out supporting Montero in force.

Who cares who wins? OBW's goal was a Rooney'esque chip. That says it all right there. CLASS fucking goal, no matter if it wins or not.

It kinds of sucks both are up there, it will split the Toronto vote.

I voted for Obie. I have been ragging on this guy as having not shown me anything to be impressed over and he goes and scores this beauty. He might as well climbed into the stands and screamed into my face "DID YOU SEE THAT???" LOL!

Agreed, the most important thing about it was that it was a goal scorer's goal. There is real hope for OBW. DeRo is our only other true goal scorer.

Exactly. That's the ONLY thing that matters.

Yeah I know. With Chris Rolfe and Bakary Soumare gone theres no other MLS players really worth coveting.
    Although.... Chris Pontious....

White's goal was like almost no other goal we've had. how many times in 3 seasons have we seen that kind of play saved? or the "striker" chips it over the net. FINALLY somebody puts away one of those close-in one-on-ones with the keeper.

Dichio. Year one. Final game. HUGE CHIP... game over. But I agree, that's what we're going on about. It's nice to see a finishing touch from a striker outside of DeRo

OBW is the way I am going too, love the DeRo one too, but OBW's was the much needed spark the Reds needed. The Nana goal also proved to quite important as it ended up to be the difference.

Remember The Man, The Legend, The Goal 5-12-07 and All That #9 Left On The Pitch, Thanks For The Memories !!!

Everyone should check out Olave's goal, I'd say its as good as OBW's.

Montero's goal should have been an easy save for Wicks, he was already there he just needed to keep his arm going.

Perfect example of people not caring about the quality, and caring more about "Oh DeRo's there, must vote!"

Rolfe and White's goals are definatly the only goals that deserve any kind of attention.

I just don't like it when a shit goal is named goal of the week. because somebody who doesn't know MLS very well may go on their website, see the link for "GOAL OF THE WEEK!" and it's a shit goal. people think, "wow, that was the best goal all week? shit league"

speaking of shit, I don't know what was worse... Cunny's goal or his celebration.

That's what I said to Jambo shortly after seeing the replays on the screen.

An awesome goal and fourteen straight touches by TFC before it crossed the goalline.

    Impressive boys. Keep it up!!!
