Have we ever scored on the counter?

I was seriously trying to think of an occasion that we scored on a counter. Meaning a good defensive play/stop and which created a scoring opportunity from which we scored. For me, this is the classic way a good disciplined efficient team can score, and I can not think of one occasion. Can you guys think of one?

Dero's was in DC this year, but that was off a Goal Kick, so thats a bit different

Dichio to Dero up the middle, earlier this year. Lofted it over the top.

Also, Dichio to Vitti, but it was erroneously called back, even though Vitti could be seen to be onside from Buenos Aires.
