Why not raid your workplace shredders and get garbage bags full of confetti and spread it all over the stadium. You get a lot of confetti from those things.

hey nice, i made a comment like a month ago we should get loads of streamers or flags or banners for the Puerto Rico Game, so im forsure down. Ill buy as many as i can!
dont think anyone will throw there beer jsut minutes after buying one for $14, and also before the game even starts.
Besides if we are gonna do a cool streamer display then we got to follow up with a TO chant or something, not some stupid chant about beer.
i don't have any streamers lying around but i do have a lot of dead batteries.

I'm usually in 118, but I got stuck with 104 for that game. I've heard horror stories about the security up there this season. Any idea if they'll crack down on streamers for this game?

The Second biggest as of our schedule right now... the biggest will be the Puerto Rico Away game... regardless of the outcome on Wed.

okay, so my idea has evolved cause we're sitting in the upper deck.
i'm thinking: i'm picking up enough streamers for the entire first row of the upper deck, and then at a certain point everyone bombs them down. i'd say when we net one in. any ideas as to when that should be/how much itd cost?
how many seats are there in the front row?
it would be best if you did this at the same time that the majority of folk will and that is just after the canadian anthem. AL-MO correct me if I'm wrong on that one.
In terms of quantity...4 each should do - I would think. That's 2.30 a seat.
I'm getting all psyched about this game. I think we should have a raucous crowd for it. I'm buying a backpack of Red and White streamers, dressing in a getup and painting my face like the devil to get my section in the spirit of things. I hope the end of the anthem streamer show works.

still, anyone know just how many seats across the first row of the upper shelf goes? or who i can email to ask?
We need to make sure the TOP of sections 110 / 111 / 112 / 113 etc... are well equipped.

Streamer Idea
i know, we've already got a thread devoted to this topic that i've posted in, but there's a variation to this one. if you could leave it up until wednesday, that'd be greatly appreciated.
the plan: to follow the original plan to toss out streamers at the end of "O Canada!".
the twist: to have everyone in the first row of the upper west side section (the 200's) bomb them at the same time with everyone else.
the issues:
1. i don't know how many streamers to get
2. i don't know how to get all of the streamers in
3. i don't want to get booted from the game for organizing this in a non-supporters section
so, any help i can get with any of the issues would be greatly appreciated. namely how many seats i'd be picking up the streamers for, or an email that i could use to contact someone from BMO about this. is it a good idea to let them know ahead of time? will that make things worse? i've got a lot of questions but no one to direct em to, so thoughts from the board would be greatly appreciated. also if i could distribute some pre-game amongst some willing RPB's to help me bring them in (i highly doubt theyd let a non-supporter section spectator walk in with a garbage bag full o' streamers).
mainly, i just think it'd be damn cool, in addition to the corners raining streamers, to litterally see a red/white streamer coming from every section in the top row would be awesome. so any help to make this happen would rule.

Not affecting play, so I don't see a problem. Good idea.
Getting the upper deck involved in this is the key IMO. Anything else will be cool, but the upper deck raining streamers down would be the icing on the cake. And the players will notice it becaue they are facing the west stands anyway.
So it looks like there are 9 upper deck sections...but I have no idea how many seats?
