Guevara is a for sure imo and Wynne definately deserves it as well. Seriously what RB is better and as athletically gifted as Marvell? Also...Sutton deserves it but he probably won't be there because he isn't a big enough name. These 3 players are the only ones on TFC that I think stand a chance and mayyyybe Robert.

    Guevera
    Sutton
    Marshall
    Brennan
    Robinson

in that order of preference. Ricketts & Robert have been bit players so far, Ricketts IMO has been dissapointing to date. Robert is very economical in his application of work rate.

I think Sutton, Robert, Guevara and Wynne could all make a strong case.

Robert methinks. He has been the catalyst early on. I would like Amado there as well.

I could see Guevara, Sutton and Robbo as it stands now. Honourable mentions to Ricketts, Jimmy B. and Robert if they keep playing like they are.

    Good chance:
    Guevera
    Brennan
    Wynne

    Possibly:
    Robert
    Edu
Sutton - I just don't think enough of the league respects him

Excellent question. One that deserves two excellent answers:

    1) Robert

    2) Guevara

Ricketts is getting zero love here... It's not just who scores goals, but who creates them and stops them. The MLS All-Star team will not be a squad of scorers, it will have wingers, defenders and goalkeepers as well... My hope is Brennan for his service and stalwart defending as well as multi-position ability and Wynne for what he has created since he has come here... Players that have played a few games for the club should not receive the admiration over the players mentioned.

I just voted for my starting 11 on the MLS website.

I vote dfor only TFC players

Sutton, Wynn and Guevera. The reamining players from TFC on the ballot don't deserve to be there. I would rather see the best players from the league at each position than our own TFC players who shouldn't be there (sorry Dicchio, Edu, Robert,Rickett, Marsall, Brennan, Valez and Cunningham)

It SHOULD be: Guevara, Robert, Wynne, Robinson (who is doing a phenomenal job in a thankless task), maybe Sutton, maybe Ricketts (people who say he hasn't done much should go back and watch the tapes, as he's the second-best crosser of the ball this team's had after Robert, and probably the best ball handler).

It will be: Guevara, Edu, Wynne. Get used to it people, TFC are Canadian and therefore already being well lined up to be the whipping boys of the league haters; first, we're a bunch of hooligans 'cos three guys take a piss in someone's hard; then, according to almost every other teams' fans at least, our four games without a loss accoutn for nothing and if we signed Brian McBride or another popular american it would be some kind of international treaty incident; then, the streamer issue (again and again, despite the players saying they like it.)

I'm not sure if its petty jealousy, xenophobia or just mild resentment, but it'll be reflected in who they pick from this team. Edu doesn't deserve it so far but will probably get the political nod over those who do. But as someone who spends A LOT of time going over other teams boards to guage the state of the league, I'm betting that for years, whenever this team is doing well, a swath of the American fans will act like some crapped in their cornflakes

    Robert<Ricketts , EDU????

    What have you been watching?

Robert has looked good but he shouldn't be an allstar midfielder with Beckaham, Blanco and DeRosario on the ballot list.

Ricketts - the only thing he has done so far is blown a 4 on 1 opportunity in his first game. He didn't pass the ball or even take a shot. He will improve with time but definetly not an allstar. There's probaly 10 midfiledders in the league who are better than him at this point in the season.

Edu - are you kidding me? He had a great rookie season last year and the expectaions on hime this year were high. However, he has looked confused at times this year and hasn't been consistent.

I know you would like to see several TFC players on the team but realistically there are only 3 worthy candidates.....Sutton,Wynn, and Guevera.

I really think that the only player who has a really good shot at getting to the all-star game is Wynne because really there isn't a vast amount of talent in the MLS at RB. When I mean all-star I mean going to be a starter on the team. I can see El Lobo being on the bench because it is hard to pick him over Blanco.

Brennan is a darkhorse in this, he does have a shot at it as well but at the end of the day I can see Wynne and El Lobo there.

Guevara will be most likely because everybody's already familiar with him and he's seen as the main force behind our attack.
