I don't think so, he played for Chivas after San Jose so if anything his rights would be held by them. But I doubt anything like that applies since he was released and/or he's not a returning US player so the allocation order doesn't come into play.
But I'm psyched about this if it's true, I loved Poz and the versatility he brought. And as much as Harmse was a better player than I thought he was when he first came to TFC, Pozniak is a better player, IMHO.
I also wonder how much he'll cost...and his #13 is available since Smith left.

This would be good if he came back. Good utility player.
I think he’s a good addition. That being said, I’ll be disappointed if we don’t add a winger or a utility attacking player. I’m kind of hoping TFC sign Dave Simpson.
