Hah, duh.Okay I kind of lied about the no surprises. One could easily consider Greg Sutton or Amado Guevara a surprise but we all know the Toronto fans enjoy stuffing any ballots that come their way when they have a player or two on it.

Sutton was our pick. Guevara could have been a lot of people, he has been here longer than we have. Edu MUST have been picked by others -- his RotY award probably bought him a few votes. If we really stuffed the boxes Brennan would be on there.
also sutton has been amazing he robbed his fair share of goals this season already

Don't under estimate the cult of Greg Sutton. Just because Jimmy B isn't up there doesn't necessarily mean there hasn't been ballet stuffing on our end.

We also led fan voting last year in a couple positions, and ended up with one player on the team, its not the be all and end all of roster selection. The ultimate source of MLS history and how it relates to DC should know this.
