I’ve heard, admittedly this is friend of a friend kind of stuff, that a couple of the players TFC had on trial in the pre-season are coming back for another look - McGlinchey in particular.
Two. We had one before we released Sutton, who was replaced by Garcia, then we dropped Rohan and Johann before signing Gerba.
i thought there were 1 senior, 1 DEV. so maybe a kiddie comes in for depth and gets the DEV spot and a decent senior is signed.
Well Jo-smith was released as well so that would make 4 spots (if vitti was sent back) but Garcia and Gerba are on our roster replacing them. So 2 open spots if Vitti was shipped back, which I hope he isn't

Problem being, I'm pretty darn certain one of those two spots is a dev spot. But, who knows? Maybe they have an agreement with one of the gambians to drop to dev when they find someone to sign...
I'm thinking the only reason Vitti gets dropped is if we need the cap space for whoever we are bringing in, although I'll be rather disappointed if it's Vitti for another winger who might or might not be good. At least Vitti is a known variable for us.
It depends, the site lists Gomez as a Senior player, but he can also be a developmental player at his age and salary?

If I'm honest with ya, I think the S in S/DI refers to senior, as in senior developmental contract, like Gala, just above Gomez...after all Gomez's base salary is 20,100...senior developmental level, right?
They've changed that recently. For the longest time he was SI, not S/DI. Looks like we might have two senior spots open then.
According to a guy I play an online game with (random source I know) a buddy of his was on trial here recently. he didn't give me a name, just said he's a striker and that he's not a big deal. Has previously had a trial at Leeds. He's Australian, but lived in England (went to primary school with the guy I know, in England). He also said that the guy doesn't know if he made the cut yet.
