DVD of THE Game?
Is there ANY chance that there will be DVD copies of the Mauling in Montreal available - either from Sportsnet or MLSE. I can't help but think that there would be more than a few who would love to have a copy available for those cold winter nights, where a replay would warm the cockles of the heart!!!

it's a shame this game was on sportsnet.
with any sort of quality, the commentating for this game, given the drama and the outcome, could have been legendary.
Does this mean Sportsnet will be doing coverage of the next round? Or will CBC get it back?

For those interested, Sportsnet will provide a copy of the game for a $75 "dubbing fee". Are we SURE that ML$E doesn't own a piece of Sportsnet?

CBC gave ip up they we're no longer interested....have the next round on GOL.....
The reason the price is that high is to discourage people from calling in for copies of shows. Stations don't have the time or resources to dub for individuals on top of all the other stuff they do.
I have it taped on my Tivo and I can get it off there and burn a few dvd's. Its not taped in the highest quality available but its quite good. It takes a while but I will get if off.

If you PVR'd it like I did you'll get the whole game but it cuts off right before Dero comes and jumps into the crowd. Sometimes I hate Sportsnet!
Of course! The ultimate downside of PVRing these things.
