It's not about the people who care... because there are supporters out there who give it their all and are non-affiliated...

However we already got hit with a nasty letter from TICO http://www.tico.on.ca/ on a cease and desist or else in regards to our roadtrip travels... CRA is not far behind... IF we were true INC. then we could do all of the above... but as a non-profit unincorporated association there are limits we must follow... like only distribute merch to members... now if Toronto FC FO want to make a scarf... that would solve all problems.

WOW, thats all we need is some qusai-governmental cabal bringing heat down on RPB. It makes sense to keep it in house then, my post was trying more to check supporter elitism

Thanks for the welcome FluSH. :sarcasm: But before you go making any more judgments, I'll have you know that I've been a season ticket holder since day one. And I've been lurking on this board for a long time. I have enough TFC merch to fill a few drawers. Keep your scarf and stick up your ass.

It's a nasty letter and the other supporter groups were also hit with one as well... We've done our due diligence though and communicated with them (TICO) to ensure that we stay within provincial rules. We suspect that Pro-way was involved in filing the complaint unless TICO staff employees visit this board and wanted to damage the group... with that said... I wouldn't be surprised if Pro-way or someone else complains about our group selling merch to the public... then all hell will break loose... hence the reason we cannot sell merch to non-members.

what? I don't think anything I've said was directed at you... this is a supporter group... and we want members who will support the team... through various means. Get to know us, see what we do... and if you like it and you can contribute then join... otherwise it will be bad for you and us...
