I usually find his stuff pretty good. This was just average imo.

i don't really find him funny... he has that deadpan delivery thing but most of the time it's just awkward as he tries to squirm to find a funny angle to an interview.

I don't find him all that great. His "uncomfortable deadpan act" seems un natural on most occasions.

Wasn't sure about Gerry Dee at first, but he's grown on me. I end up having a pretty good laugh each time I watch one of his segments.

Dobson seems like a nice enough person, but he's really quite poor as a commentator. He's anodyne enough as a presenter on Soccer Central, but when he's actually in the booth during a match it almost takes the viewer out of the game he's so noticeably poor.
