just stupid on the organizers part. You can't mix fire and flammable objects like streamers without getting big problems.

When I first saw this I did chuckle, and then I thought to myself, that's what happens when you play with flares, and a bunch of drunks with flares in anyone's stadium is a recipe for disaster.

Some other bad mixtures I put on par with flares at football games:

Guns and Whiskey
Matches and Gasoline
Sand and Vaseline
Potassium and Water
Hairdryers and Bathtubs

All very dangerous

Keep the Fucking flares away from BMO. Fucking Idiots.
