    Barrett looking to end drought
    PAUL ATTFIELD

TORONTO — "Hopefully, next game ma'am," was Ian Wright's reply when Her Majesty asked the former Arsenal striker when he would finally score for England — and he dutifully delivered on that prediction to end an eight-match drought.
Luckily for Chad Barrett, the Queen is not a Toronto FC supporter, one presumes, and with his own goalless streak standing at four games and counting, the forward seems unfazed by the weight of expectation that comes with the position.

Carver's eager to get show on the road again
Coach and players optimistic about clash with Dallas tonight
    Daniel Girard

Asked why he feels good about his team going into tonight's game in Dallas, Toronto FC coach John Carver pauses and then smiles.
"The greatest confidence going into the game is we've got four points on the road," Carver told reporters before the team left for Texas.
Given TFC's dismal road record coming into this season – 4-21-5 in its first two years of existence – it's little wonder they feel good about themselves after a win and a tie in two games away from BMO Field.

Huge game today. I've got high hopes, but cautious too. Counting on DeRo to finish again and on Barrett to finally end the drought. Next week looks tough against Chivas on Wednesday, though. They made pretty short work of the Sounders.

    I have a theory.

Every time we have a game and the sunshine girl is attractice, we win. I think I'm gonna follow through on this theory with some extensive research. I'll get back to you with my results when the process is completed.

If my theory is correct, we should win 1000-0 today.
