Should TFC have cheerleaders?

Is there really a problem with 20-something girls in short skirts, smiling, giggling and shaking their booty? Seriously? Guys? Soccer, Hockey, Fishing, Camel Racing, Curling, Competitive Eating, Golf, and Speed Skating could all benefit from cheerleaders.

I could wash my shirts on them abs...meh..the fact this thread exists and there are yes votes makes me giggle a little on the inside.

You don't need them sexy ladies to motivate you to yell until your voice stops... (<insert a man but i'd make those ladies yell until their voice stopped joke here>)

Who says they're going to motivate me to do anything other than enjoy the view at halftime or before the game?

I've got plenty of motivation as is, but that doesn't mean I don't like to look at hot chicks in skimpy outfits!

I trully had not clue that teams in south America had cheerleaders, I have been watching footy for over 30 years now, including occasional South American league play, I never realized.

women here are classy( most of them) but in south america they are just degrading themselves.

^ I have not comment on the whole cheerleader thing, in general I am not for our against, but I would just find it distracting at a football match, I like less bells and wishtels and more substance. They do look good.

The idea is not DURING the game. That's what people aren't getting.

No one wants them during the game. But a little eye-candy at half-time, even from 100 feet away, is still better than no eye candy!
