Yeah i stayed up one night and watched all the episodes on GolTV one night. Great stuff. I wish they had this series on DVD or something. Be nice to have a copy and use some of the workout techniques.
Ya I am lucky.....I have somewhat of a home gym so I have just been setting up my computer and going along with the exercises!
I wish I had room to do the same thing. It'll have to wait until I move. I'm accually going to be sending a e-mail into GolTV to see if they have a DVD available .

Even if they made it reasonable and sold the whole program on one dvd for $10....I would buy it in a heartbeat.
^ As would I. Looks like the best way to do it is tape it the next time GolTV shows it.....I think I have seen it on recently. And then get it all together and put it on DVD.

just watching those videos actually makes you in better shape .. I didn't beleive it but its true ..
