    Default Seattle getting it done!

News out Seattle are reporting they have sold out there HOME Opener 32 000!

And have extending seating to 28 000 for the regular season!

Also With a match with Chelsea FC this summer.....they have now added a second Match with FC BARCELONA!

Looks like 2009 MLS CUP FINAL will also be heading to Seattle....ID say NY in 2010....TORONTO 2011?

NOt a bad way to thank your fans!!

Personally, I still think Marlies tickets are a better way to thank your loyal fans.

That would be a good schedule for finals. NY in 2010 with their new stadium, then Toronto in 2011 when we have grass (And possibly expanded capacity?)

^^^ true, but if they are getting barca and chelsea, I'd rather see them play each other than each play Seattle

If these numbers are right then that's kick ass. The more teams we get with close to 30,000 sell out crowds every home game the better. I think TFC will get there in time. if the shite bulls can sell out their new place every game then that would also be good for the league.

who knows, with crowds like that we might even start to see regular four figure travelling contingents at away games across the league?

    Naaaaahhhh......

yeah, and the old New York Cosmos of NASL sold out 70,000 + giants stadium quite regularly
who knows a fraction of that might be possible for new york again
