Are there any rules regarding who can be sent down to TFC II?

I say we send down Luke Moore. It gets his salary off the roster and then we can sign both Babouli and Endoh to the first team.

Agreed. I would add Lovitz to that list. He just doesn't seem to have confidence on the field.
