Ok, I didn't notice the "more than 2 teams" part. So, we still have a chance. Unlikely...but, still a chance.

1) If we win against Montreal, we have 9 points and Van has 9 points.
2) Against each other, we both have 3 points.
3) Van has +1 and we have -1. It's over!!
