it kind of reminds me of two giant sentries glaring down at a tiny field between them. That, or a pair of Angry Bird Eyebrows. I think it's going to look super-imposing.

From an engineering perspective, snow would likely concentrate at the lowest point, thereby focusing the snow load where there is actual support. You don't want a lot of snow...
