One factor for JMR - getting a work permit in the UK isn’t automatic.
He hasn’t recovered from injury enough to be feature and therefore isn’t relevant to those discussing the first part of the seaspns
interesting. and true.
i don't disagree with any of this, but you can envision Shaff and JMR as wingbacks. Hard to picture them as the starting fullbacks. Maybe Chung is doing well in pre season.
Letting Lawrence and Auro go at the same time is a bit odd, unless there is someone specific coming in or we are starting with 3 at the back (which is possible now with Mavinga Solcedo and ONeill)...
YesThat, and confirmation that Auro isn't a deep lying midfielder. Answered that question.
I'm incredibly excited to watch this team progress. Youth will get a chance; we have a decent shot at defensive stability; might see a cameo from Seba; goals from Peruzza; JJ two - lots of fun and...
interesting and thoughtful post.
thank you
lets follow up.
in Two Weeks
Completely bonkers. Marky out of position too, and seemed to throw him so much he never was quite himself and maybe led to his departure, in a way.
The damage of the Curtis /Armas era looking...
“We only win in the rain”
That Dichio goal was incredible. The stadium exploded. For a tie! Hahahaha
So different to have this thread speculating on whether it’s OK to let Auro go - he would...
Except for Jozy...
Seriously though, I was at that game and don't remember the goal at all. Love the atmosphere
we have three DP's - Poz, Insingne,Solcedo
Well put.
I'll be loud. "jo - ooooo- oooooo- zy". legend.
I wonder where he has been training? has to have been training
really interesting second point. sort of combines with Jloomes above
I dont know, but they need to have a role for him that ensures that he continues to develop.
That seems likely to me. He has real gifts and needs to develop others. But they should be developing them. Imagine him doing overlapping runs with Insinge. Ah yi.
He is very substantive. wow
Its pretty clear that Oso isn't going to Europe - at least the club doesnt think he is - but he sure held his own today. And what a pass! Could you imagine him in the "10" role to free up Poz? I...
Fair enough and volunteers like you keep this going, which is appreciated and I respect. I won’t bite again but just so you understand, this post was today and getting repeated, so that’s what I was...
Salcedo looks like an excellent acquisition. And much more BB style than bringing back Seba - substance, not romance. (and i am a romantic, its just that has the touch of MLSE not BB)
Jozy burned his bridges with Chris Armas, not with TFC. (Apparently with some of the posters on this board, who continually blame him for his injury history - failing to acknowledge that Vanney said...
Never thought i was see this post....
well, well, well, well. This will make what happens with Jozy even more interesting now.
Good point. Also, pre Vanney, number 5 defenders were our starters ....
