I think the point is they are not doing the full argos retrofit ($20M) and probably only spending $5m by only knocking down north end and having 17yd endzones.

That ship has sailed. ML$E decided to put $120m into Argos/TFC stadium at the CNE. They could have easily built an owned stadium in downsview for that $ and have a total soccer complex like KC,...

SUM is worth 500M * 75%MLS ownership = $375M / 20 teams = $19m value per club
