i reckon it is destro, and we sign a 6 from within MLS
Yes I've seen it reported as 2 years today.
Any idea who the other serie a signing might be?
glorious!
genuinely absurd that this is happening if we're being honest.
what a signing!
oh man, that would be brutal.
could easily translate to this season, next + a club option of a third tho, which seems more likely.
the said reporter is incredibly well connected and is a senior reporter at the athletic, so i doubt he would engage in speculation.
the main attraction of the athletic is solid scoops and drawing...

According to sources close to the club, in addition to Lorenzo Insigne, @TorontoFC
will not only sign Domenico Criscito but also another...
athletic doesn't do speculation, they were reporting that the current feeling around the club is that he'd go on loan.
of course that can change, and it's not set in stone yet.
latif blessing would be an amazing signing but can't see LAFC letting him go.
i think so, there's no locked roster from the beginning of the comp, is there?
I think he will be virtue of holding the ball far better and pinning teams back more.
Plus experience and tactical awareness of course
there were strong rumours of a group that didn't act professionally in orlando (missing training, etc).
can only assume he was part of that group.

auro to retrun to MLS this summer but not tfc?
could trade him for $$ or a higher allocation order spot (or a player)
likely didn't think they'd be promoted and he was going to get more minutes next season

the insigne hype campaign has started
Lol he'd be made available on loan immediately and for whole prem season.
He's not in their plans.
adding hoillet, insigne and criscito into our starting XI would immediately turn us into a playoff team, albeit not a contender.
the biggest difference would be wingers who take care of the ball...
i'm also pretty sure that jr's playing style (taking guys on, flair plays) will fit really well in the MLS.
those players are often big successes in MLS.
didn't bill manning recently say that the goal is to grow the club so the demand is there in 2026 to make the extra seating permanent?
i guess we'll see in the second half of the season (and next year) if he is vindicated in this decision.
what we're seeing here is why teams don't bed in 5/6 young players at the same time.
they need experience players around them to guide them.
i reckon only 4/5 of the starters today will start...
we are a couple fullbacks, a CM and insigne away from being quite a good team imo.
This is the first time it's ever been said could be 5 players total joining but ok.
He's got sources in the club bc been covering tfc for ages, this is news, especially as we're getting closer to July and the plans will be getting finalized.
From Molinaro TFC Republic, 3 or 4 players on top of insigne:
"The latest I've heard from sources is that aside from Insigne, TFC could add as many as three and maybe even four new players over...
