Do we really need more than 30,000 for soccer though? I think having this temporary seating is a good option. If they were permanent seats, the stadium would only be 3/4 full (if that) on most game...
Look at the gaps in the sides and corners - sound will escape!!! And the roof doesn't even cover all the seats, fans will still get wet. Typical front office BS. That stadium is a failure before...
I would expect very little work to be happening this week or next.
