Well, they were obligated to play that Grey Cup one way or another. Although i do roundly recall them making excuses about slow ticket sales and pizza+ticket giveaway while we sold out in five...
Let’s see how this spurs solution works. While light years away from happening here, we may one day have something that allows us all to coexist in a single stadium without any significant...
As am I. This ground share arrangement is crap.
It’s not clear the “solution” solves the problem.
Ryan, I think you have stars in your eyes here explaining the Argos importance to MLSE. The important things in the purchase were primarily: 1) maintaining control over all meaningful professional...
I really don’t think this is a huge obstacle if (and it’s a big if) TFC continue to show growth in interest and fans make it clear that’s what they demand.
Corporate types burning money and going...

Wild speculative prediction: TFC continues to grow at the gate, Canada wins 2026 WC as co-hosts, new 40,000 stadium gets built and we say goodbye to groundshare with Argos.
By "the Argos" you mean people from Saskatchewan posing as fans of rival CFL teams right?
My prediction is our public breat downs of them in the stands or elsewhere will only get more lopsided.
I have no idea about the profitability of CFL ratings to bell but somehow I doubt the Argos existence incrementally makes up for a loss of $15-$20 million a season, should that actually be the figure.
