Contract, maybe.
Fold? I doubt it. The powers that be that run a lot of teams in MLS are not doing badly right now.
That, and, I take any talk of "we lost this amount of revenue" from Garber...
Oh gawd - the "Fraser has a hope with a like minded coach now" articles are going to be legion from TFC media....
Same with Michael Bradly - and I doubt we go that route.
Kinnear to Vanney is a massive upgrade for LAG - I was hearing Kinnear was never a serious consideration.
I still think Bez creates a path to an office position for Ohio born Morrow.
I am a little worried about a guy without a lot of first time minutes coming into a league to learn how to be a professional - seen that before with Barco @ Atlanta.
Sorry, meant to say games (too much time in HR land right now ) :nonod:
I think they would consider Gallacher but he wants to play & could probably find a spot in a European league at the second tier - something to guarantee him hours.
Morrow as a free agent will be...
Apart from Piatti, who else is on an option?
No thanks but if the Impact want to waste the Cheese Man's money, who are we to complain...
Kristian Jack indicated during the broadcast on Sunday it was all but signed and would get done this week. No news might be issues or they are waiting for the right day to announce it.
Yes they are - problem is, so is Joey
Seen some suggestions that Oso is a different style of captain then Bradley but equally effective on the pitch. Vanney trusts him as do the players. Bradley's effect in the training ground is...
Not sure about that after they way they treated Ciman with the trade to LA. Might see it if Henry wants him but Ciman & his wife were really really pissed at Joey Saputo.
Of that group, only Gallardo & Ciman are likely to go. Fraser & Shaff & Zavs & Endoh are maybes. Mullins sticks around as he is a serviceable second man forward. Altidore is unlikely due to his...
Hmm... I saw him with his fiance, who I think lives in New York, in a post on the weekend, so very possible to be going back and forth a bit.
Based on social media - he is elsewhere.
Vanney addressed this today.
Words along the lines of
you have to give up something to get something & we like what we got right now
i.e. Don't upset the group right now. Which is why...
Because EVERYBODY is reacting differently to this.
If we havn't seen that some people we know are coping better then others, we havn't been listening carefully enough.
There is no "average"...
MLS teams that would do that right now?
Nashville
Cinci
Portland
Chicago
DCU
Colorado
RSL
Houston
We've seen things like this before
Agent for team to Jozy's agent
"Hey, we might be interested"
Jozy's agent to Jozy
"Would you be interested?"

Every once in a awhile I look at this and realise it was the most dangerous thing I have done through all of Covid & had no clue at the time.
That club just took Matrita off of NYCFC soooo....unlikely.
National League is the lowest step when full professional teams are in place - not all teams but if you want to succeed, you have to be full time. CPL at that level makes some sense.
