Most CFL clubs operate on such thin financial margins that they just don't have the resources to attract the quality of management needed to steer such projects properly. If this sort of mismanagement is endemic to the building of sports venues, how come we don't see these problems happening on a similar basis with Canadian NHL teams, for whom many new barns have been built recently?
