I remember bringing up Morientes quite a while ago as a potential target for us. I knew it would be next to impossible, but he still fit the description of a possible DP for MLS.
I have almost no doubt in my mind that we contacted him, shame it didn't go through, he would have absolutely ripped apart this league.
