This is long term bad for the team, it always is. It never works to have one guy on your team paid more than a bunch of other teams are. Then the reaction against this by the successor management... oof.
Anyway, hey, Insigne is a very good player. Sure. Definitely impacted others to come. Sure.
The top guy on the Union makes 10% of what Insigne makes.
