I was not getting any emails to my yahoo account from them, so I called them. They told me use a hotmail address and since doing that I have received them all.
I've told my rep several times but I still don't get them.... I use gmail.
JonO had this problem, and he just kept on at his rep until it was sorted out. Seems to be more widespread than we knew.
I use a rogers account and have never had any problem getting the e-mails, btw.
