the MLS is a volatile league -- probably one of its best features, for those of us who watch the same EPL table year after year.

This year I think a lot of teams have stepped up. The Crew for sure, but the whole league has improved over last year -- at least the East has.

yes i like that things can change from year to year so quickly. gives you hope. it's hard to imagine in the EPL teams going from near relegation to winning to the league in one season, or winning the league and falling to last the next.

what's the biggest 1 year drop, cause whatever it is, i think DC is gunning for it!

the competitive balance is a nice feature about this league I'll agree.
