I never really care about DP pay - DP performance is more important to me.
I’d do it. Assuming whatever Juventus pays goes to us, we get the added benefit of having him play in a more visible place which could increase his value.
Now that cuts both ways, and he could just as easily tank and leave us stuck, but that sort of appears like the station we’re at currently
Fair assessment. Lollo's MLS 'Guaranteed Compensation' by TFC may be based but it's lack of business creativity/savvy is astonishing! IMO, MLS shares some of the blame besides TFC/MLSE. This detail aspect is 'the' ground for BM's immediate 'bankers box walk-out' dismissal; it's inexcusable. That sort of MLS DP contract total amount has to be segmented between GC, say two thirds for generous measure, to then include bonus pay packages tied to performance/goal metrics; say one third.
IMO, in the short-term, he is off next week after TFC's season ends immediately to Norway to join his father as an assistant/understudy; maybe even with his family. He'll recharge or reset mentally, a vacay 'the Bradley way', while gaining any coaching badge practical experience and hours. I would not be surprised if he is standing beside his father before the end of this month when Stabaek meets Sarpsborg and until the end of their season; likely at the beginning of December.
A short-term loan to Juve could be good, if it helps show he can still play at a high level (when surrounded by teammates), could make him more appealing to Euro/Arab clubs compared to saying he struggles in MLS
