You are being very arbitrary about what division revenue goes into and what division expenses come out of.

Not really. MLSE runs the stadium - naming rights are stadium revenue source part of the deal with the city. MLSE has a lease with TFC as well as the argos. The lease reflects some sort of market rate for renting the stadium, concessions split, parking split with MLSE, leaser and the city, etc.
You got to look at it that way. MLSE could sell the club tomorrow to some Saudi prince. The saudi prince wouldn't get the stadium, they would just get the club. MLSE would continue to run the stadium under contract with the city.
Shirt sponsor would be club level. Directly effect the profitability of the club. Profitability of the club has a impact on ticket prices.
Naming rights cash will go directly to pay down the money MLSE spent on the stadium, no impact on the club. (ie. The naming rights will not give TFC other $2m to sign another DP)
Does this include TFCII and academy sponsorship for one year as well, or just the first team?
