The only thing is, we often see the backup get a game when playing 3 games in 7 days, last week it went Q, Alex and back to Q last night.

I think that was more to do with giving Bono playing time than giving Westberg a rest. No Bono, so Q plays every game

First, the most ridiculous inning in the history of baseball, capped off by the Bautista bat flip homer. Then later that night Gio sends us to our first playoffs.

We need a chant for that date alone!

oh yeah, this was the same day as the bat flip game! It was a roller coaster day for emotions!

NYRB has returned to their pressing ways but sometimes doesn't start that until the mid point. We NEVER do well with a press. Requires quick ball movement & discipline.

He must have picked up a knock or something. His performance last game didn't warrant a demotion.

I guess Gallardo has been pretty much written off.

Mullins comes on in the 79th minute and scores the winner shortly after. Book it.

Looks like Endoh is basically being eased out of the squad too. Don't imagine either are back next season.

I think Endoh might get some minutes tonight - his quick ball movement and agility is good as a sub against NYRB. G
