Fireworks
http://viewfromthesouthstands.com/fireworks/
Another night of disappointment from Toronto FC capped off incredibly by some idiot employed by the club lighting off fireworks after TFC's 'victory' Wednesday versus the Impact. In this irate video blog I take coach Vanney and his club to task and I try and explain why losing out on this competition the way that Toronto FC did is so terribly disappointing.

Seba Spectacular!
http://viewfromthesouthstands.com/superlative-seba/
In this (slighltly delayed!) video look back at the Toronto FC home win versus San Jose this past Saturday I try to do justice to the performance from Giovinco that has set a benchmark that will be exceedingly hard for any of his current team mates to exceed. I also take a look ahead at the away match in DC this weekend along with a pretty favourable June home schedule. And I finish up with an encouragement for all of you to come to his testimonial match and send off DeRo to his next adventure in style.

Four On The Hop
http://viewfromthesouthstands.com/four-on-the-hop/
For the first time since early 2010 Toronto FC has gone undefeated in four league games.
Let that sink in for a minute.
Saturday night in Washington DC the Reds earned a well deserved three points on the strength of a Giovinco brace, standout performances from Zavaleta and Creavalle, along with some opportunistic/aggressive game management from Greg Vanney. As they head into the international break on a high I take a look ahead at the homestand to come that might see the Reds set themselves up real nice for the run in.
Thanks very much. A compilation is something that jumps in and out of my mind often. A few on this board have generously said that they would be interested in it, which is very much appreciated.
I'm mostly on the side of doing it versus not. It's ultimately going to come down to timing. Because if I do put one out, it not going to be for money. We've all spent lots on TFC already! :)

^ Agreed. There's no much there I can say I would change. Maybe, I'd give Altidore a B for his lack of assists despite his good offensive positioning. D+ for Findley seems harsh, but Bottjer does make a pretty good argument for the low grade.
Ahead of the Gold Cup, Steve Bottjer spoke with Jonathan Osorio about his season, development and upcoming CMNT games.
