Just by coincidence, I had called my account rep the morning they went on sale. I was panicking because I remembered that my credit card info had changed and I wasn't seeing the Conference Final tix in my account manager. I thought maybe I had screwed up. Which really wouldn't be a shocker because I screw up a lot of things.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't...lots of folks have complained about automatic charges and no opt out so I can see why they are doing this... for the semi final match, I assumed it was auto buy until I received an email from FO asking if I really didn't want my tickets--I jumped up and out of a board room a meeting with both my bosses to run to the stairwell to call my account rep--who assured that they would never have released my seats without making sure I truly was giving them up.Quote:
