Kyle Hall, drafted today 3rd round, he is Canadian, so its a good chance he'll stick with the team, if we need bodies.

This is great, we have 2 spots left for the CB and striker mo was talking about. I find it funny that last year we were lamenting at Dichio being our only real striker and now we have Hall, Dichio, Ibbe, Barret, White, and possibly a DP.

agreed. I'd bank on at least one of Barrett, Ibbe or White making huge strides this season.

Who was still Dev at the end of the year?

I have as possibly still dev:

Rosenlund
Attakora
Ibbe
Frei

I'd agree with you that likely Attakora will be moving up from Dev, but I wouldn't be surprised to see both Attakora and Rosenlund move up, and Hall take a dev spot instead.

Ibee and Frei are guaranteed dev spots due to their GA status, but I'm unsure who else rounds out the rest of the dev spots, and who goes on Senior Roster. I'm also assuming OBW and Cronin didn't sign dev spot contracts, as well that if Grella decides to sign with TFC he won't be doing a dev contract either.

Maybe he played too many games last season. What's the limit of games played before a GA player loses his status?

We don't really know. It's quite possible that Ibee was graduated from the GA group, and so we have Rosenlund, Gala, Frei, and Attakora left.

Anyone know if the "new" dev spots are tiered, or all senior dev, or (shudder) all non-senior dev?

If my information is correct, and the league hasn't added anything else, we have 11 international spots + 5 US spots.

EDIT: It's not this year we have to worry about I spots, it's next year when we'll lose 3 spots (1 full, 2 US). I also don't think anyone will be rushing to trade us their I spot soon. This is why the Phelan and Huckerby trades were so good, we got extra I spots for a long time (2010 and 2013 respectively).
