turns out the draft is not being streamed on MLSnet.com. The rights are owned by espn who are streaming is through their espn360 product. but the espn360 thingy is...wait for it....blocked in Canada. We didnt put this all together until yesterday, so:

we're appealing to the league and the fine, good looking folks at espn and hoping that they will allow us to stream via torontofc.ca.

stay tuned...watch the website for us to issue a clarification if we get approval.

sorry, but if we do that stream it will be geo blocked to Canada only.

I think that streaming live drafts is blocked here haha.
They just don't get it.

Good news!

Toronto FC announced that the team’s official website, www.torontofc.ca (http://www.torontofc.ca/) will be broadcasting the 2009 MLS SuperDraft exclusively in Canada via the website. This year’s Superdraft is slated for Thursday, January 15 and will be held at the Saint Louis Convention Center in St.Louis. The first round will be aired live on ESPN2 beginning at 2 p.m. ET. Torontofc.ca will stream the SuperDraft on TFC TV; viewers should just follow the link to be connected live. Toronto FC is slated to have three picks in the 1st round of the SuperDraft, 2nd, 4th, and 13th. The entire Draft will last four rounds, Toronto will choose in the 3rd round.

So those of us in Canada don't need to use TVU, etc.

Use the draft tracker. At least you'll be able to see what has transpired.
