I believe the only thing you get is some Toronto Marlies KY Jelly........it makes the penetration a lot smoother........

Unfortunately not... I was a partial pack holder in Season 1 and the tickets you receive are the standard looking ticketmaster style tickets.

Luckily my pack didn't include the Home Opener so I got my scarf tix from a scalper - paid face value!! Don't despair though, TFC do a great job of providing Gold Listers the chance to buy Season's - if you don't mind getting dark grey or red seats you should be able to become an SSH in November.
