It's on the TFC website that we have got a new goalie coach.

You gotta have good people coaching to have a successful franchise long term, so this is good news... Plus, he's worked with Sutton before so they probably get along & like what each other brings...

In a league with such a low cap coaching becomes even more important. TFC should spare no expenses on getting quality coaches in here.

^ that's been my position from the start.

If you have money, yet you can't spend it on players, then spend it on good coaching and management!

Interestingly, he also helps run an online GK email magazine that published their first issue Tuesday. It has interviews with Onstad and Caig (the two Dynamo GKs), talks about their workout routines, daily and weekly, and has some sample exercises.

I read an article somewhere about Caig and how even after he was released by Houston he was still planning to get this coaching company off the ground. He felt like there wasn't enough proper training in America. I guess they've all joined forces on that.
