Top Canadian under-20 soccer players named

OTTAWA–Nana Attakora-Gyan and Jonelle Filigno have earned the Canadian Soccer Association's under-20 player of the year awards for 2008.
Attakora-Gyan, a defender from Orangeville, Ont., participated in three Canadian team camps in preparation for the CONCACAF men's under-20 championship, playing in Canada's 1-1 tie with Argentina in an exhibition game in May.
