New Developmental contract offered

I found out yesterday, from this person's father that he got offered a developmental contract.

Who is "he"? "He" is a player who was called up for reserve games from the CSL.

Is it true? I don't know. For all I know, he could be just fucking with me or making his son to be more than what he is. But I could see it happening.
